These Terms of Use (“Terms”) apply to your use of the websites, content, courses, and digital programs owned and operated by The Tarsi Way Pty Ltd ATF The Tarsi Way Trust (“The Tarsi Way,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including The Rent Roll Accelerator™. By purchasing, enrolling in, or accessing any of our digital products or services, you (“Client,” “Participant,” or “User”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use or purchase our services.
1. Program Agreement
By purchasing The Rent Roll Accelerator™, you are entering a legally binding agreement with The Tarsi Way. This program is a 6-week business transformation experience for real estate business owners, designed to help you systemise, scale, and prepare your rent roll for sale. You acknowledge that you understand what is and isn’t included in the program based on the official sales page and program outline. You agree to take full responsibility for your participation, engagement, and implementation.
You agree to pay in full or in accordance with the payment plan selected at checkout. All prices are in AUD and include GST. Payment is processed via Stripe, PayPal, or other third-party processors.
If you choose a payment plan:
You are committing to completing all scheduled payments.
Missed payments may result in restricted access to course content.
A $150 late fee applies to failed payments not resolved within 7 days.
Access to program materials may be revoked until payment is resumed.
Non-payment does not void your contractual obligation.
We offer a 21-day conditional satisfaction guarantee. To be eligible:
You must request a refund in writing via email to [email protected] within 21 days of purchase.
You must show that you have completed Modules 1 and 2 in full and implemented the work.
Refunds will not be processed for change of mind, lack of time, or non-participation.
If accepted, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.
4. Non-Disclosure & Intellectual Property
All materials provided in The Rent Roll Accelerator™, including videos, templates, spreadsheets, strategies, and frameworks, are the exclusive intellectual property of The Tarsi Way. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license for personal use only.
You agree not to:
Share login credentials or program materials with anyone
Reproduce, copy, teach, or repurpose content without written permission
Use our material in your own consulting, coaching, or training programs
Breach of this agreement may result in legal action and immediate removal from the program with no refund.
If you share positive results or feedback publicly (including on social media, emails, or messages), you grant The Tarsi Way a royalty-free license to use your testimonial (with your name and business name, where applicable) for promotional purposes.
We will never alter your words without permission or use them in a misleading way.
We hold our program and community to the highest energetic standard. We reserve the right to remove any client from the program or associated spaces (e.g., private groups or sessions) if they:
Are disruptive, disrespectful, or abusive to others
Defame or undermine the brand or team
Violate these Terms
Removal will not entitle the client to a refund.
You acknowledge that we do not offer financial, legal, psychological, or therapeutic advice. We share business strategies based on lived experience, valuation expertise, and coaching methods. We cannot and do not guarantee your business results.
Success is dependent on your participation, decision-making, and application of the materials. You agree to take full responsibility for your business outcomes.
All client conversations within the program (group calls, Q&A threads, or private support) are confidential. You agree not to share or reproduce what is shared by others.
We ask you to honour the energy of the group by showing up in integrity, respecting boundaries, and bringing your full self to the experience.
You are responsible for ensuring you have stable internet and a working device to access course materials. We cannot offer tech support outside our platform scope.

10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on our website or communicated via email. Continued use of our programs and services constitutes your acceptance of any revised terms.
