Starting her career as a school-based apprentice in 1999, Tarsi quickly picked up the skills of business brokerage and valuation. With a strong drive and unwavering ambition, she rose through the ranks to become a well-regarded business valuer specializing in rent roll valuations by 2005. She continued her professional development by acquiring her full real estate license in 2005 and earning a diploma in accounting in 2013, all while receiving mentorship from experienced professionals.
In 2015, Tarsi took a bold step forward and bought a real estate business in North Queensland, while also balancing family life. Despite the challenges of running two businesses and raising a young family, Tarsi persevered with her unwavering determination and entrepreneurial spirit. However, the intense workload eventually took its toll, leading to burnout and a loss of passion for work.
In 2016, Tarsi decided to take control of her life and by 2017, she parted ways with her business partners and ventures to start Opulence Consultancy, which has since evolved into The Tarsi Way - an international real estate consultancy firm.
